School Held Meeting on Teaching of New Semester in 2019

On March 6, the meeting on teaching of 2018-2019 spring and summer semester was held in the Main Teaching Building. Tian Jun, Vice President, presided over the meeting and spoke at the meeting. Staff from Department of Academic Affairs, and Center for Research on Higher Education and Evaluation on Teaching Quality, the Dean and Deputy Dean of each school, and school-level supervisors attended the meeting.

Zhao Dongjiang, Director of Department of Academic Affairs, deployed in detail the work on teaching in 2019 and the key work in the near future, and reported on the inspection of the teaching order in the first teaching week.

Chang Handong, Director of Center for Research on Higher Education and Evaluation on Teaching Quality, reported on the inspection of the Practice Base for students of Grade 2015. He deployed the re-evaluation of 2018 evaluation on teaching quality, and the launch of 2019 evaluation on teaching quality, as well as the evaluation on the examination papers of the end of 2018. At the same time, he put forward new requirements to the second-level supervisors in the new semester.

In view of the main work on teaching in 2019, Tian Jun, Vice President, stressed six points of view, and pointed out that all units should conscientiously carry out their responsibilities, strengthen the “Four Consciousness” and “Four Self-confidence”, resolutely achieve the “Two Maintenance”, earnestly fulfill their responsibilities and abide by discipline.
