School comprises 4 undergraduate specialties, i.e. electric engineering and automation, electronic information engineering, automation and automobile service engineering, of which electronic information engineering and electric engineering and automation are key specialties of Suihua University. The school has established a college physics experiment center, an electrical and electronic experiment center, an electric engineering and automatic control training center, electronic innovation park and so on, with the floor space of more than 9,000 square meters and the total instrument and equipment value of more than 21 million yuan. The Electrical and Electronic Experiment Center is a provincial-level experimental teaching demonstration center. The school takes the post competency as the core of talent cultivation, strengthening students' practical ability.The school has off-campus practice bases in many cities, such as Harbin, Qingdao, Dalian, Beijing, Tianjin, Nanjing, Fuzhou, Suzhou, Kunshan, Wuhu, Wenzhou, Shenzhen and so on. Undergraduates have good employment prospects.

The school has 60 faculty members, of whom 12 are teachers with senior professional titles, 29 with intermediate ones, and 3 young and middle-aged backbone teachers. In our school, 82% of full-time teachers have master’s degree or above. The teachers have won more than 10 teaching achievement awards. More than 100 academic papers published in core periodicals at home and abroad. The students have won more than 400 provincial-level or national-level awards, more than 300 awards for school-level competitions, and more than 100 principal scholarships and research innovation scholarships.
